A Recipe for FISH

I'm taking this down for a while. I've got some ideas in my head that I need to explore further.

Thanks!

I'm going to have to look and see what I have in my stash. A knitted fish has many possibilites. And it is a really cute blanket for kids.

I admire how determined you were to get it and get it right.

I love this idea...I linked to it in my blog entry today! You know, what'd be cute along with the blanket is to use superchunky or double/tripled feltable yarn to make big fish pillows to go with it! Just make two of 'em, sew them together, felt and stuff!

I found this pattern the same day I found out my sister is pregnant!!! So, I started making fish right away. Is there a KAL for this blanket???

I worked on this pattern last night and because of my aversion for assembly, I decided to knit in a strip, tail to tail, nose to nose. The fin didn't work out right on the reverse but I will keep at it.

Any idea on how long until it will reappear? Thanks!

Do you still have the dimensions for the fish? I'm wondering how many I'll need to knit for a 4 by 6 foot afghan.
